About Us
Home Care Services provides community-based services to assist those over 65 years of age or over 50 years of age for Aboriginal and Torres strait Islanders to remain in their home and their community for as long as they can and wish to. The service is delivered with a focus on wellness taking into consideration individual goals, preferences and choices.
Services include:
