Child and Family Health Nurse

Child Health Nurses provide care to infants and children, their families and carers across the age ranges, assessing child development and guiding families in the care and development of their children in the community.  Child Health Nurses provide advice and information and linkage to other services as needed by the child, their family and carers. Child Health Nurse also work with families to ensure children are current with their childhood vaccinations.
