About Us

The Universal Aftercare Services provides supports to individuals who have attempted suicide and/or been assessed as at imminent risk of attempting suicide. The UAC within Cairns and Hinterland region is delivered by Wellways Australia and through the provision of psychosocial support services and other supports. This is performed in partnership with CHHHS-funded Clinical Coordinators.
