We provide individual assessment, counselling and support in improving nutrition and establishing long term healthy behaviours. Highlands Nutrition provides individual consultations for a variety of conditions and diseases including: Weight loss, Malnutrition, Diabetes, Cardiovascular disease, Food intolerances/allergies, Bowel Health, Cancer, Osteoporosis, Arthritis, Kidney Disease and Anaemia
