About Us
Pilates classes, twice weekly. CLASS 1, Strong & Fit, Tuesdays 7am > 8am. CLASS 2, Pilates, Wednesdays 9.15am >10.00am. Free childcare avail Wed classes. All levels of fitness, ages welcome. Post natal Mums encouraged. The workout is low impact aiming to improve tone & postural alignment. Enjoy the challenge with clear instruction given, a variety of formats & upbeat music to keep you inspired.
