About Us
"Rachel Donnelly is a Clincial Psychologist and director of Lighthouse Psychology Services. She recently relocated to Harris House, the beautiful heritage listed house at 1 Clifford Street, Toowoomba. New referrals are welcome.
.She provides therapy and asessment services for adults. Rachel has a particular interest in helping people adjust to change across the lifespan. Although change is normal and helps us to grow, it can also be unexpected and difficult to manage.Common concerns include anxiety, depression and stress.
Rachel aims to provide confidential, professional and support therapy to help individual's navigate life's challenges with learning, wellbeing, relationships and change across the lifespan. Common concerns include: Depression, Anxiety, Stressors including employment, relationships, parenting, retirement, ageing and health.
Rachel accepts private clients (no referral required) and GP referred clients via a Mental Health Care Plan, Work Cover and DVA..
