HBS Buddhism Queensland

Honmon-ButsuRyu-Shu (HBS) is a branch of Nichiren Buddhism from Japan. We are lay practitioners who have regular contact with the temples and monks in not only Japan but also Sri Lanka and Nepal. Our style has roots in the Pure Land Buddhism, therefore it is very much about our daily practice as lay practitioners through the use of chanting a mantra rather than meditation.
