parkrun - Aveley

Starting at Central Park, the run takes in a full lap of the park and lake area before the runners make their way out to the path that runs along the wetlands. The course follows the path out for 1.5Km then turn around and follow the same path back to Central Park where we take in another lap of the lake and then cross the finish line close to where the run started. Facilities Getting There Location of startWe start in Central Park on the East side of the lake, near the BBQ’s. Getting there by public transportBus Route 337 will get you to within 100 meters of Central Park. This route travels though Aveley and Ellenbrook and along Gnangara road.Check the Transperth website for more details. Getting there on footMake your way to Central Park in Aveley, which is in between the shopping centre and Aveley Primary School. Getting there by roadFrom Gnangara Road, turn in to Egerton Drive and continue through the roundabouts, past the shopping centre until you see Central Park.There are parking areas along the side of the road and at the primary school.
